Dan Hinrichs has been an attorney in Coos County since 1992 and has been in the same location for over 25 years.
After graduating from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland Oregon, Dan traveled down the coast looking for a place to settle in and call home. He was looking for a town that offered a sense of community together with outdoor opportunities.
It’s not a secret with local residents that the area is a great place for outdoor enthusiasts. Fishing, hunting, hiking and camping are all activities that locals experience and Dan fits right in.
In his downtime, it’s not uncommon to catch Dan out at Sunset Bay in his kayak fishing for Ling Cod out around the reef. You may even see him paddling out on his surfboard to catch a few waves.
As a family man, Dan enjoys activities like hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors with his wife who teaches High School English and his teenage daughter.
